The house offers every confort and its is completly independent, so you can use the spaces (inside and outdoor) at your own leisure.

Over the summer holidays ( from 25th June 2011 till 3 September 2011) B&B SempreVerde is open ONLY as self-catering accommodation / holiday home (without breakfast service). The house is an economic and confortable solution to visit the Veneto region and Padova.

The entire house is made available to your family or group. You have four bedrooms (these are flexible rooms that can be used as single, double or even triple rooms), and a large kitchen/dining room, two newly installed bathrooms and a larger garden and outdoor space. The property offers also wide parking facilities.

The house rental includes the following facilities/services:

-  Bedsheets and towels (these are changed weekly)
- Kitchen (with all cooking equipment, including microwave, toaster and kettle).
- Washing machine; 
- Other facilities such as hairdryer, Wi-Fi
- All utilities bills (water, electricity, gas) are included in the price
- the final cleaning of the house is also included
- Large garden and parking

The house can host a maximum of 9 people (3 double/twin rooms and one triple). The cost of renting the house (usually from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning) can vary depending on the number of guest and the period (August being the most expensive period). The price ranges from 700 euros to 1,200 per week
